Castlegar Golf Club

—

A must-see for any golfing holiday

The Castlegar Golf Club is a championship 18-hole, semi-private golf course situated above the Columbia River in the West Kootenay of British Columbia.

The course has been given a four-star rating by Golf Digest magazine and has proven to be a remarkable place to play the game.

The Castlegar Golf Club has hosted numerous corporate events, small intimate groups, charity tournaments and top tournaments including the B.C. Seniors and the 2010 B.C. Amateurs.

Castlegar Golf Club’s facilities include a fully stocked golf shop, restaurant, clubhouse and a 20-site RV park. The club also offers private lessons, a driving range, practice greens, club rentals and power carts.

The restaurant at Castlegar Golf Club is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The course encourages golfers and non-golfers alike to come up the short drive from the city and enjoy the food and ambiance. The chef, Brian deVooght, is back again in 2012, creating wonderful menu selections for your dining pleasure.  Group events are welcome.

The RV park at Castlegar is also great for those who want to stay and play. The park offers special golf rates for RV guests at $50 plus tax, not including power cart. The park features brand-new washrooms, 30 and 50 amp service, free Wi-Fi, hiking, communal fire pit, free firewood and a laundromat. Pets are welcome.
