The homes

“There’s one- and two-bedroom models,” said Mike MacNeill, co-owner of Mission Hills Park Living. “It’s four-season living, so they’re open all year. It’s really very nice, and there are a lot of options available.”

The homes start at $90,000 for both the lot and the park-model RV and peak at approximately $150,000. The higher cost comes with a larger home with California room and deck. Size ranges from 500 to 540 square feet. Aside from baseline cost, there’s a low monthly fee of $178 that includes the basics of living such as municipal tax, garbage disposal, and water services.

The golf course

Living directly on a golf course is certainly an interesting prospect, but don’t worry—there’s no risk of stray balls coming through your windows. The lots are all safely located in a two-and-a-half acre area incorporated in the course.

Park Living is also offering a generous special for the people helping them kick off their business—the first five buyers will receive a promotion of 10 years of free golf for two people.

Convenient location

“The big thing about the lots is that they’re just outside of Cranbrook, so they’re close to all the shops, ski hills, other golf courses and everything else that the city has,” said MacNeill. “You’ve got all your needs right on your doorstep.”

Mission Hills Park Living just began sales at the beginning of May 2013 and already have several lots sold—a promising start for any new business.
