One thing that is decidedly unique to Rocky Mountain golf courses is that they seem to attract fun-loving, golf-loving bears. A few years ago I stopped by the Waterton Lakes Golf Course in southern Alberta and the entire clubhouse was abuzz about a new video that captured the antics of two golf-loving bears dancing and prancing on one of the course's greens.

Now another video has surfaced featuring a dancing bear cub on the greens of Mountainside Golf Course at Fairmont Hot Springs. This young bear club is having a hoot playing with the golf flag and then stealing the golf ball as well.

What's the appeal to these golf-loving bruins? Obviously, like most avid golfers, they can't get enough of the royal game either. Bears know that golf is supposed to be fun and they are showing it. So, next time you missed that three-foot putt, remember the game is fun, so just grin and bear it.

And when you are playing around on a Rocky Mountain golf course keep your eyes peeled for some golf-loving bruins!

Check out these two videos.
